If a payment is short paid or 1 day late, they will phone you up to 20 times per day. They lock your account, making it *** near impossible to even make payments or view your account.

Even after payment is made....they continue to call, because they say they don't see it posted....I have tried to email them, to keep a trail of what was happening, they refuse to do that. I asked if I could send half of the payment with one pay check, the other half with my second check...they said no, we have a monthly agreement.

I said I understand that, you will receive all of your money in the month...the woman kept cutting me off and said no, we have a monthly agreement. I should have stuck with Capital One...this is by far the worst experience of my life...I don't know how they are still in business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

All these responses seem to be from a guy who works at the place and is all pissed off about it. Process it Bro, YOU GUYS SUCK! I wish you put your name down to file a complaint against you, you should read the contract you signed with your employer, What you are doing is Illegal.

Customer service management is so rude and they feel like their entitled to all your business if your late. News flash, you just work there and you don't own the company. It doesn't pay off for you to be rude or try and belittle someone because you could be in their shoes one-day.

THE REMEDY???

You start out by saying what happens when you are late or make a partial payment. This might be a hard to grasp concept but try to understand...if YOU don't do those things, you don't have ANY problems with them.

Like just about ALL the complaints from whiners about these subprime deadbeat lenders, your matter is nothing more than a simple cause and effect situation. If you don't like the calls or dealing with their bill collectors, then pay your bills on time!

I totally agree with all what you commented. My payments are up to date till this day.

They claim they did not receive my feb 2017 payment. Even sent them an email from my bank statement. They repirted me to credit bureu 30 days late.

Im so fed up with them, they harrass you all day!!!!!!!!

And even if you do try to talk to them .they yell at you, cut you off while your talking, they do not listen.

So i do not answer there calls i do make my payments every two weeks. Thats half the payment by the wsy. By mail.

I keep records and copies of all my checks. I do not deal with them by phone any more.

Its a wknder why they are still in business.?????????
