Okay, I set up automatic bill pay through by credit union bank which provided me with a confirmation of payment. However FCA stated that the payment was never processed...wow, so how is that the consumers fault when everything was confirmed on my end.
on the phone gave me the wrong e-mail to send my proof of payment. So now I will be contacting the State to file a consumer complaint and make certain this complaint makes it to the proper channels.
