Flagship Credit Acceptance - Flagship LACK of Customer Service ( re: Payment Method)
Did Flagship Credit Acceptance try to contact you and what happened afterwards? Flagship contacted me via e-mail. I was contacted by them by a individual claiming he "was unaware of the Issues I was experiencing". What steps did you take to get this resolved? Flagship is FORCING all customers to utilize either "Auto-Pay" from your own personal Checking or Savings Account. This NEW method versus the same VISA Account from the same Bank I have utilized for over (3) Three years. (VISA PAYMENT FOR MY ACCOUNT- NEVER LATE & NEVER DECLINED)
The Inconvenience for re-arranging my Payment ability is pure Insanity followed by Flagship's "GREED" not to mention the fact I set up that VISA Account for the sole purpose of making Automobile Payments and ensuring each was made on time, as well as maintaining a Balance of (4) Four Times the Amount of a single Payment.
