Flagship Credit Acceptance - Would never tell anyone to work with them

RUDE customer service. Even if you do what they say, they'll still be rude. Up to date on payments but they'll keep calling every day and act like they've done nothing wrong. I've sent in my power of attorney to talk for my husband MULTIPLE times and they've never saved it. Pos company if you ask me.

Flagship Credit Acceptance - Avoid them at all cost

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They have terrible customer service. Will call you one day after your payment was do and they haven’t seen it. Calls over and over if you don’t make the payment they want. I received two calls about a payment that had already been paid. But the reps were too lazy to check the system before calling me.

Flagship Credit Acceptance - Harassing phone calls

They wont stop calling or emaling. We told them that due to circumstances beyond our control we can no longer pay for vehicle. They were asked for a direct number or extension to contact them. They provide anything and they wont come get the car as we have requested. Guess it's time for a lawyer for harassing phone calls and emails.

Flagship Credit Acceptance - Extremely difficult.

These people are extremely rude. I wish I could get another company. They know when I get paid each month. They call me constantly starting 2 weeks before my payday. This is called harassment.
