It is awful to call the numbers provided-Can not talk to an actual person. This bank completely relies on automated services. I sat on the phone with 4 different contact numbers and all have said to speak with the customer service rep press 4, well then it repeats over and over. I spent 45 minutes and never was transferred to anyone. Would NEVER do banking here again.

Terrible on answering phone calls. Automated system will not direct me to a physical person. When I hit customer service I continue to get press 4 but again directs me to automated system over and over. Sarcastic Wtf

Flagship Credit Acceptance - Loan Modification

If you get in trouble with your auto loan and they tell you that you can get your vehicle back with a loan modification which will make your payments more managable dont fall for it. They will require you to make a patment up front then call you 3 days later to tell you that you were denied because of your payment history. Well no *** you knew my payment history before you took my $600. Feels like a scam to me.

So even though I pay my bill or set up an arrangement they will still call you thousands of times. They are horrible at putting in notes and customer service you either get a compassionate person or a rude person. Once I'm done with my payments I will never do anymore...
