I just made a call to flagship as they contiue to call me for a vehicle I know longer have. I traded the vehicle and have up to April 8th for the pay off to reach them.
Im guessing the dealer i brought my new car is moving slow with paying the loan off. The sales rep i spoke with was very rude and did not listen to me at all. They even hung the phone up on me when i request to speak with a manager after saying the manager is going to say they same thing. The point was not whether the manager was going to say the same thing, but perhaps i will get better customer service.
I tried to explain to them my situation also i have never missed a payment. No wonder they have horrible reviews... horrible company as they need to work on customer service skills....
expecially forbthose who pay there bills on time... horrible

Until the car is paid off, YOU are still responsible for the payments and they have every right under the contract to collect from you. This isn't a customer service matter.
It's a collections matter and they have every right to call you if they have not been paid on time, whether you like it or not. No, I don't work for them!
Yes, you do work for them. Sneaky how Flagship has their own employees comment on customer reviews.
Look at the corporate offices, what do they do for their employees? Not much but the executives are having a wonderful time on the backs of people who are desperate.
