I WAS DENIED BY FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPTANCE FOR AN EXTENSION, DUE TO NON EMERGENCY. I HAVE BEEN WITH FLAGSHIP CREDIT ACCEPTANCE GOING ON 1 YEAR IN APRIL 2024. CALLED END OF JANUARY 2024 TO EXPLAIN THAT I WILL NOT RECEIVE A SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK INCOME FOR FEBRAURY 2024, DUE TO A DISABILTY REVIEW AND REINSTATEMENT AND WILL BE 1 MONTH BEHIND. FLAGSHIP STATED THAT THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY AND I HAVE 15 DAYS AFTER MY DUE DATE TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR TRY TO BORROW THE MONEY FROM SOMEONE TO MAKE A PAYMENT

Please tell us where in your contract it says their purpose of business is to "help" you??? The ONLY reason you are being financed by them instead of a bank is because YOU gave YOURSELF a reputation of not paying YOUR bills on time.

My experience with flagship is a complete nightmare. They charged us a 23.87% interest rate on a used car for six years. Flagship is in kahoots with another DECEPTIVE business named CarStop Inc. I can not get any one to refinance my auto loan because not only was I over charged for the vehicle but then Flagship charged me 23.87 % interest rate. This is insane ,this company needs to be stopped at this scam and it's been 6 months and Flagship has yet to report my payment history to the 3 main credit Bureaus. No one will refinance my loan not even Flagship .NEVER

I wish to have my deceased wife's car loan put in my name. I've been making the car loan now for 1 and a half years. Flagship refuses to answer any calls, letters or emails. I even asked them for the loan pay off, no results?? The company really needs to be put out of business. ASAP Thank You

Sent me a rejection letter

I got a rejection from them for a car loan. I never heard of them. I did not apply for a car loan, since I have 2 vehicles i am very happy with. I emailed them asking who they where and why. They did not respond.do they just run credit checks? Or is someone trying to purchase under my name? Since i got no response from the company, I can only assume they just run credit checks.

BEWARE Fraudulent Business Practices.

This company sends advertisements in the mail that states a low finance rate then turns around and gives you a higher rate. The company charges a daily rate but doesn't tell you that when trying to persuade you to refinance. I'm having my attorney look into this. Poor customer service. No stars for anything.

Bad ending

maturity date hit toward the end of the month and they slammed my credit, because it was " computer generated" right in the middle of my refinance over a $ 378.00 in added interest and some other BS. After 5 yrs of on time auto pay, I had payed the final payment other than what had yet been calculated in BS fees, which ended pinging negatively on my credit, which affectedymy re finance and my daughters tuition.

When I reached out to flagshi_ they acted like I owed them a *** load of money and kept referring to my account as drawing the line. My account was over 5 yrs at 17%, they made a ton of cash and went for the throat at the end. Management is very un professional and rude. Their website is in accurate with the warm fuzzy feeling.

Make sure when you pay off the account,you follow back up with them appx. 2 weeks later as they will add something and _uck you.

Could it be your credit is too bad to get a conventional loan?

As far as getting a brand new car, how do you plan on doing that if the only people who will loan to you are subprime joints like this? So, what were the excuses before the virus?

Wow...so nasty...maybe people have had some hard times that you are not aware of...I can tell you I went from having a Platinum Amex card and a credit score of 817 to having to claim Bankruptcy during the last *** show in 2008-****...so you have no idea unless you have been there...and *** like this company are the ones that thrive off other peoples misery...so slow your role tough guy...and if you have never struggled or been in a *** way financially...good for you...but not everyone is in the same boat..If I had to bet...you have never had to struggle in your life...must be nice to have everything so *** ez....please

Flagship Credit Acceptance committed fraud and pulled an unauthorized hard inquiry on my TransUnion credit report as well. They also make it so you are unable to contact / discuss it with them by phone and they even report inaccurate company contact information (phone number (800) 707****) to LendingTree and to the credit bureaus. This is false information being reported intentionally. LendingTree was made aware of this and is complicit and should be legally held responsible as well since this isn't the first time this type of complaint has been made or occurred. LendingTree continues to allow Flagship Credit Acceptance to commit this fraud and types illegal and unethical business practices against the public... LendingTree is obviously gaining some type of monetary benefit to allow this to occur.
